Way over the hit cap. Need gear suggestions!

Okay, so... I'm way way over the hit cap. Currently sitting on 540, not specced for suppression.
I usually run as destro for the moment, afflic offspec, though considering switching to afflic for raids.

This isn't an 'Oh shit, my gear is bad, tell me how to do it right' thread. I'm just looking for some suggestions as to which gear pieces to prioritize replacing, and with what, to minimize the amount of useless stats I currently have.
I realize my hit inflation is mainly due to my trinkets, but this character has mostly been an alt, and hasn't much luck with drops thus far.
I'm part of a 10 man raiding guild, so 25 man drops are generally out of the question, also we're not yet into ICC, so I'm mainly looking at pre-ICC items. (The guild is fairly new, mostly helping to gear up and teach newer players to raid)
PvP gear is an option, as I would also like to build a respectable PvP set on this toon anyway.
I have a Trophy of the Crusade sitting in the bank at the moment - though I'm not entirely sure what set piece to upgrade at the moment.
I am leaning towards legs, as they have no hit on them, but an increase in haste/crit/sp. I have nearly enough emblems of frost to buy T10 shoulders/gloves, though I may wait until I can afford both, rather than losing my 4pc T9 bonus. Not as willing to upgrade my helm, as I have the 245 offset one, though doing so, and buying the T10 shoulders may be an option.

Anyway - TL;DR - Suggestions on which gear to replace/pick up to reduce hit rating and increase preferred stats (haste/sp).

buy the triumph T9 helm, http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47778
get merlins robe, because its better to have merlins robe as the offset not the helm. http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47603
and the abyssal shard from toc normal, http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47213
should take you to 3xx so you can go affliction and spec into suppression if your raid doesnt have the hit.

Edit oh and the trinket from POS HC is pretty sweet for affliction because of corruption crits

Just be patient and consistent with your attempts to get gear without +hit on it. I'm far over hit cap, too, but if I just keep attending my 10/25man ICC, it will eventually go down as items drop and gear is replaced.

I am currently working on getting Abyssal Rune and NMIC, But it seems my luck with drops is still terrible these days. -.-;
Thinking about getting the 264 boots made, just need to find a way to get the 5 saronites!
