unable to see various abilities/stuff

So seeing as blizzard technical support team doesn't give a !%!* about my big little problem, i've decided to try my luck here, the problem is described below:
So, i've made a ticket, been sent to this forums for live help, so, my problem is, i cannot see some special abbilites bosses in icc have, stuff like, malleable goo at PP, spores on fester, and even the clouds on fester, the green thingie on the sides of the room rotface, and then the most annoying one, i can't see i'm sorry i can't remember the ability name, it's the vortex thing you spawn under yourself (grey) during lich king during second and third phase, which is really, well, kinda good reason to wipe us also.
So, if anyone from community, or support team can help, i'll be very grateful, here's my settings
( i do know some dont have a thing to do with it, but i'll post everything )

The dxdiag says my drivers were updated somewhere last year, it's old like a week and i updated them few days ago so the drivers aren't the reason.
I'll be very grateful for any help
And btw, the exact same thing is happening to me on my lap top toshiba qosmio

Point being, this cant really be a hardware thing, because my components on my pc and components on my laptop are completely different
