Advice for my Pally.. thanks in advance

Hey guys.. Not new to the forums but i hate posting on these things. I Am a Blood Elf Ret pally and i do use RAWR to help me in my upgrade decisions. However.. I am looking to buy a set of crafted bracers and Rawr is telling me the Bracers of Swift Death is a Huge upgrade over the Titanium Spike guards. Do you guys think this is right? If so ill go with the leather but i just wanted to see what yall thought. Heres a link to my Toon.

there are times where a leather item will be better compared to a plate item yes. agi items (which a decent amount are leather) tend to have more stats overall on them. i believe the term is "item budget" correct me if im wrong.
