Hello all,
Ive recently returned from a wow-break, and been getting into my professions a bit more to try and make some gold so I can afford a Dalaran Ring and maybe a Battered Hilt if I do well enough.
Anyways, I used to make money from my Tailoring Prof selling moonshrouds, spellweaves, and ebonweave. I also sell the epic spellthreads.
However, the demand for these seems to be dropping by the day, prices have dropped by about 20% (even on spellweave) I estimate, and I still struggle to offload these items even at reduced prices.
Do you think this a gamewide trend due to the anticipation of profession changes in 3.3.3?
It has forced me to look at other ways of making money, I also have recently levelled enchanting (major pain, but made significantly easier by having Tailoring!) - however I am only at skill level 405 in enchanting at the mo.
Ive been considering making tailored goods simply to DE, but the market is pretty flooded with enchaning mats so I dont think that will be such a great idea.
It has been interesting trying to figure out which enchants sell the best (even though I dont have access to the best ones yet), but still the margins seem pretty tight on scrolls overall.
Anyone got any other good ideas for me? Im at Tailoring 448, and Ench 405.
