    vent and music?

    how do i get music to play through my speakers and vent only come through my head set while playing wow? or is this even possible?

    I knew a friend who had his own server or something and had a separate vent account for it so he had his server account play music. Try looking up something like that if thats what you're talking about.

    audios output settings in vent may help, however if its registering as the same output it may not be possible

    The easiest way to do this is to have two separate soundcards. You hook one up to the speakers, the other to the phones and set the windows default to use the first and vent to use the second.

    My preferred setup tbh. =)

    If i get what u mean correctly then u need virtual audio cable and 2 ventrilo windows and winamp , input device on 1 vent window to virtual audio cable and change settings on winamp > Open prefrencess > Plugins > output > Change direct sound output to virtual audio cable , Mute sound on the change input vent and Sensitivty 0 silence time 0.5 , and the second ventrilo window to your standard vent settings hope this helps
