changing my allaince shammy to the horde

Hey guys I have a shammy thats level 76, for now he's enhance/ele until i figure out which to keep for dps then ill go resto with the other spec. How ever Ive been thinking about making him horde. What race do you think is the best for pve?

The Troll racial is pretty nifty for casters, also their casting animations look great and they have the best looking totems in the game.

yeah i kinda like the taruens but I dont think there racial is that great, orc and troll seem to have them beat but I guess Ill have to get use to the look...

Orc for Enhancement.
Troll for Resto.

Orc racials are useless for healing, blood frenzy works for dps only. They have however the best racials for a melee class.

I factionchanged my shaman to Troll because she's Resto / Elemental, Berserking is good synergy for casters.

But if you want to be a Cow, then go for it and just ignore racials. Many people do, just look at the number of Blood Elf Rogues and Hunters.

Enh-Orc
Ele-Tauren/Orc
Resto-Tauren

Orcs are the best enh and ele shamans so can't be too hard to figure out.
