Can some1 tell me what's the soft haste cap for an enh shaman? ( how much haste do i need to make my global cooldown get to 1sec )

Without WoA or Bloodlust it takes 1640 haste to hit the GCD cap

With WoA it takes 1405 haste, in other words impossible to reach while maintaining hit/expertise caps.
