Disc Priest getting stomped 1v1

Seriously - I just can't find a class I can beat 1v1.

Sitting at about 900 Resil, working on getting higher, 25k health, 2.4k SP.

Just absolutely getting manhandled by every class.

Open up with a shield, pop renew, SW:P, DP, Holy Fire. 9/10 times though, I'm stunlocked/feared/silenced and just get wailed down in 3-4 hits, even after popping trinket.

Partner peels and pressure are very important and missing in duels.

Did you spec into reflective shield?

There is no reason you should be losing to many duels 1v1 as disc. Keep PW:s up at all times possible, use PoM on CD, renew, flash heal during fears etc. Keep your dots up and hit them with Holy fire+ smite when ever you are at full health and have your Shield up. At 50% Fear use you Fiend and Smite spam then down.

Heal your self and wear them down. It will take a bit but be patient and let the dots take them down to 50% or so, then fear and use Power infusion and spam them to death, if they dont die, reshield and wait for another fear to come up. Either that or start watching Hydras streams, he will teach you how to play.

Smite specc holyfire them and spam smite/mb, dot up and try to force kick on mindcontoll (you mind controll them with dots up) so you will either win an interupt or you do some dmg to MC'ed target.Use PS on stuns and not the last moment as you will lose anyway then.PI after a full fear (so w8 for trinkets cds) or if you rly struggle to keep yourself alive.And lastly,you fight equal geared ppl?

I got stunlocked by a rogue for practically an entire fight in AB. Good 30 seconds of interupts, stuns etc.

I was emo QQ'ing into my guild chat about it.

Need your armoury.

Are you using Inner Fire?
Do you have the Inner Fire glyph if you are having survival issues?
Do you have and use the Pain Suppression glyph if you feel you are getting zerged?

Need to see your spec for further comments/suggestions.
