Lich King 25 Heroic World First Kill by Paragon

Paragon, I'm really happy for you and imma let you finish, but I'm not going to consider this a world kill until Lich King dies without the 5% buff, or 10% or 15% or 20%.

The fact is, did we need a buff to kill M'uru pre, or even KJ (besides haste)? Illidan? 0 Yogg at t8 level? How about KT in Naxx 60? BWL? Please explain to me, why we need a 5% buff to kill a boss. I understand the mechanics are insane and such, I'm not bashing your guild whatsoever. This logical opinion is mostly base off the 5% buff.

Where has the true progression gone?

What guild will be the first to kill it without the buff? WTB Nihilum, or even SK.

Out of curiosity, how far progressed in PvE are you and have you ranked 1st in all three brackets of Arena for a season yet? I can assure you there are aspects of the game that are much more difficult to achieve than you are currently able to comprehend.

stupid metaphor aside, blizzard designed these bosses around the buff, and paragon has stated it is far and away the hardest fight in WOW, which says something since they have been raiding since naxx 60

First night EU got the 5% buff LK 10 Heroic fell to an extended Paragon Lockout, meaning probable only 2-3 new pieces of Gear in the entire Raid. It does make a difference on a Tight Enrage Timer, you're under-estimating it.

I said that because people are acting like the 5% buff is ZOMGWTF ITS EASY NOW. 5% damage/healing/health doesn't make THAT huge of a difference. Of course it helps, but it's not a make it or break it thing.

Read my post again, then again. Then look over what you wrote. Then go /slap on yourself. Actually, here, I'll try and use Simple English: The first day EU got the 5% buff (AKA Raid Re-set Day, Wednesday btw) Paragon and Ensidia both downed Lich King Heroic 10 Player as World First and Second in their respective order. That 5% made the difference between the Gear Required that they were lacking for the Encounter. The 5% Buff basically dropped the DPS requirement from the Players to the level that both Guilds were producing which = Kill. In a fight like that every since % of DPS you can get counts because 1% less could be the difference between a Raid-Wide Wipe and not. Do you understand now?

Wrrrrrong. The day the 5% buff came out was also the day a crucial bug during the final spirit phases was also fixed. People need to stop acting like this fight was easy, buff or no buff. Paragon already went and said 'this is the most difficult fight in the game,' and they were including all Naxx40.
