Yeah. Seriously. That addon is a two-parter - one program that interacts with Twitter outside of WoW, and one addon that can display stuff inside WoW.
It requires a /reloadui to move your Tweets from WoW to Twitter, or vice-versa - there is no way to make this act as a live feed system.
