[resto] soft cap or not

ive been checking on some other shammys with simular gear and i realise that im the only one in the top 10 best geared resto shammys on my server(frostmane-eu) that are soft capped haste
starting to think that im the one thats wrong also checked so top guilds and same there
whats your thoughts on soft cap

only hard modes in 26man i haven't killed are lichking and putricide
1180ish haste, not having 1269 or whatever it is is perfectly fine

Im sitting around the 1140 haste at the moment.

I would still if i had the chance go for a bit more haste, but im not forcing it directly, and not going full out haste gemming, but taking some socket bonusses aswell.

So far i havent had any problems with my current haste

It might just be me but when my quartz bar for chain heal says something higher then 1.6sec I absolutely hate it. Like right now I just lost some haste switching to the 4P bonus and it's breaking my balls lol.
