How long does anyone think it'll be before the same can get you:

This just in, The box drops a recipe that allows you to cook foods to Shapeshift randomly into one of the druid forms for 60 min, active while in combat. It will be platter-style, like a fish feast.

I may have over-looked this, but does the chest spawn when you kill Lich King in 10 man if you have a person with Shadowmourne? If so, great. The 10's group I'm in has one of the Shadowmourne wielders in it (or about to, think he only needs a couple more shards).

All items are BoE?! That's both awesome and bad. The mount can easily go for over at least 20K gold. It's the only DK mount for non-DKs. I have so far 16 shards, but once the LK dies after I get the axe I will probably keep the mount and sell the rest of the items.

I see problems arising from other guildies/raiders that feel entitled to these flavor items and shadowmourne wielders who want to profit from selling the items on the AH.

I can see this destorying guilds or causing massive loot QQ if not handled properly beforehand lol

If your shadowmourne wielder is such a monumental cock that he wants to sell them on the AH for profit, then that's your problem, not the fact that they are BoE.

If I had Shadowmorne Id be a monumental cock also bc Id have the best weapon in the game. Get the chest steal it sell all the items probably get kicked from guild and bc you have shadowmorne your be in a new guild in a few hours tops with about 100k more gold sounds win to me ;D

At first I thought it was that everyone in the raid gets it, but now I think that if some one in the raid has Shadowmourne equipped then the box (only one) will drop, and then the whole raid has to roll on it. What I'm not sure on is if all of those things drop from the box, or if its different every time.

Also, how are Alliance supposed to turn in something to Sylvanas, or Horde turn in something to Jaina?

If only the Shadowmourne wielder can open it, and b/c its a quest you can only open it once, does that mean that only the Shadowmourne wielder gets it, and even then he can't (or shouldn't have to) let the raid roll for the contents b/c he can't open it ever again?

When you kill the Lich King, a bunch of NPCs spawn in the starting area, including Jaina and Sylvanas.

The person with Shadowmourne is the only one who can open the chest. He can then distribute the contents to himself, the raid or the AH as he pleases, or as forced by his raid leader :P

Which means, no, you can't ninjaloot the chest when it spawns.
Yes, the Shadowmourne wielder can ninjaloot the chest and run away.

As a Paladin, I am totally fine with a hybrid tax. However, the hybrid must bring better utility at the cost of reducded damage done. In the case of a Paladin, the class lost two blessings in the wrath while other clases gained buffs. This makes the hybrid tax pointless because pures are bringing buffs and utility while remaining programmed to do more damage. As long as they stop giving pures raid buffs and utility and stop taking away buffs and utility from hybrids feel free to keep the hybrid tax.

the hybrid tax isnt about buffs, its about that you guys can tank/heal and pures simply cant

The items are either BoU or BoE, that means not only the whole raid can get any of them, but they could be sold on the AH as well. Nothing exclusive here.

This assumes that A) the Paladin/DK/Warrior with Shadowmourne doesn't keep them for themselves, and B) the quests are repeatable to get extras.

B is extremely unlikely, and A depends on the person with the axe - I know the Ret Paladin in my guild who's getting the first Shadowmourne (19/50 Shards) has point-blank said he's keeping all five items for himself.

It's not from the shadowmourne quest, im pretty sure its just a added drop to LK loot table if someone with shadowmourne is in the raid.
