I kind of like the 1player (with healers) choppin' through masses kind of videos, so I would say Maydie or the second Pat video. As for real high team pvp, there was this one pvp video with a group of maybe 10 people world PVPing, through a priest healer point of view a long time ago, can't really remember the name of the player or the video, but come to think of it now his play was actually quite amazing, considering his positioning and stuff at such an early lvl of wow. Think this might have been before the introduction of honor points and BGs
