The easiest and best upgrades for you would be t10 and frozen bonespike.

Sorry i should have been more specific, what should i buy with frost badges first, meaning like which piece, because there is 5 pieces of t10 ya know =P. Thanks for the reply though!

The one that is the better upgrade of course.

Well statwise it goes the following order;
1. Chest
2. Head
3. Shoulders
4. Gloves

You don't want the legs unless you REALLY need the hit. Go for the craftable Leggings of Woven Death. BiS up to 25 Heroic.

Buy the shoulders first (60 badges) then the gloves (60badges) so that you can get your 2 piece up and running asap. Then based on your gear i would get the helm and chest. While your doing this you should have enough time/cash to farm your eternal fires/shadows and get the spellcloth made there is no cd anymore and saronites are less than 1kg to buy so these pants are insanely easy to get for how good they are.

Oh and while you are farming for shoulders and then gloves hope like hell either the gloves or pants drop in voa.
