[ENH] Precious's Putrid Collar vs Sindragosa's Cruel Claw

Just wondering if anyone has done any sims comparing these 2.

Precious's Putrid Collar[H] has:

-20 Agi
-29 Sta
-68 Armor Pen (4.86%)
-11 Haste (0.34%)

But makes up for it by having:

+14 AP
+62 hit

vs Sindragosa's Cruel Claw.

Using Precious's Putrid Collar allows us to swap Keleseth's Seducer[H] for a second Havoc's Call, Blade of Lordaeron Kings[H].

Here are the comparisons in gear;

New BiS?: Precious's Putrid Collar(additional Havoc's Call)

The 264 Precious's Putrid Collar would be BiS for 264 gear, for most if not all, but the 277 Sindragosa's Cruel Claw beats it out..most likely...it did in my gear which is all 264, as well as the EJ BiS gear set up...

True it uses dual Havoc's Call, but it's also gemming 40 hit(50 if you count the Accurate Ametrine). Whereas the setup with Precious's Putrid Collar has an extra 40 haste(29 if you count Sindragosa's Cruel Claw -> Precious's Putrid Collar)

Oh how I wish I could get the gear you shaman have. Anyway from what I have seen in my own math and EnhSim testing. If you will never see Heroic 25 content (such as myself) then Heroic Precious Putrid Collar is better than Normal 25man Cruel Claw hands down. Though the better question is if the Heroic Collar is better than Woodin's Necklace BoE. And to answer that better question I have found that the collar is still better in a full 251-264 gearing environment.

Edit: oh you are also able to kill 25man LK? something else I may never see till the zone buff is at 30% lol....Anyway in that case I am not too sure about wooden's being all that much worse I guess it would then depend on your current crit.
