It's quite real, you missed when it was first posted. The link is from mmo-c. Boub wouldn't upload a fake pic.

No it's not, 3 things that a clearly fake about this picture are:

Deadwing has become an unichorn dragon.
Where is his broken up horn.
And zoom in and it's pixel mayhem.

Edit: just take a closer look at his artwork, the horn is in there. And he has a broken horn, it's the left one, and you can't see the rest of the other because it's behind his right wing
