The model is possibly a WIP, like the LK model in WotLK beta was simply a regular human.

There's nothing wrong with the shape of the model, but I hope the size will increase quite a bit!
When I saw the Cataclysm introduction website for the first time I was shocked by seeing the
background with Deathwing on a hill, completely destroying everything. He looks 3 times as big
as the current model, maybe even bigger, and I really hope we get to fight something bigger than this!
