Im going to say Oxheart because of the potential more 10 more strength you can get from it. Plus hit isnt really a big thing you need in pvp and the Oxheart gives more crit as well.

Neither? They both have terrible speeds. But Oxheart has 3.5, which is much better than 3.4.

If you're looking at stats, hit is much much better than Expertise, which is a relatively useless stat for PvP.
