Im not expertise capped, 18 expertise. Should i equip it or wait for something else?

But yes, the heroic version is BiS and only Heroic Sanctified Chest is better than the normal one i think.

pretty sure its bis out of heroics.

The best part is, if you have a good server you can get heroic sack and be bis too. And yes it's not "bis" with the 4p as an option but with the target switching on the fights that matter (H PP, Sindragosa, & LK) I consider it bis period, for combat or mut.
