Most Balanced PVP Server. Need Help!

Ok... so A long time ago, my friend told me he wanted me to move to his RP server... from my PVP server.

It wasn't so bad but now, he wants to pvp. As an Ally... unfortunately I only know lethon as a good pvp server... But I want one that is really balanced at both sides for some good pvp (world, arena, bg... etc.)

Maybe the OP could mention if he plays EU, US etc?

Oh I'm sorry, I play US.... Actually he's starting to dislike RP so... It's part me pushing him in that direction but he's doing it himself
