Lvling a shaman...

I have a full set of heirloom ele gear, and enhance armor with heartseeker daggers dont tell me to get the maces.

Why is it easier to level with the ele gear, with an enhance spec? Im confused and only level 30...but it feels like Im getting a lot of utility out of it.

lvling as enchance specc (2-handed) till lv.70! and with also enhance specc.
In my opinion this is the best way..


I lvled as elemental 70-80 couse its my main-specc and i was fully geared!
It was imba i'll do it 80-85 as elemental too

You're leveling up, it really doesn't matter.

As to why you're doing better with enhance spec and ele gear is this... shamans are not melee based fighters. Even at 80, a good deal of enhance damage comes from spells... your shocks and WF procs are way more than enough to kill stuff with and until you get storm strike and dual wield, it'll stay like this.

Once you get to 60, try enhance with ele gear again and see which is faster.
