What do you guys think for specs? I already have a resto spec, but dont know if I should be elemental or enhance? Suggestions would be nice. =)

You really should give us more information if you want advice. Do you like spell casting? Melee? Do you want to manage pets? Do you want the meat to be medium rare or well done? Etc...

Suggestions for a spec are useless, play what you feel like playing.

It is true that on resto and elemental you can use some of the gear you got in both speccs.
But it all comes down to what you prefer.
