Expertise question

I just hit 18 expertise rating before Corruption glyph and with it i'm above the soft cap for expertise(iirc). At this point should i still search for exp to get to that same point without the glyph or can i omit that gear as a need?



P.S. How much difference is there between 25 man normal and heroic 10man ICC gear? My 10 man is starting heroics and i'm the only plate user there so i get all the tank and dps stuff. Should i replace any heroic gear with 25 man stuff or will i be sufficient?

Keep the Glyph of Corruption, it's still your best threat glyph.
As for ICC10HM gear over ICC25, it's very hard to answer when you don't give us your armory - But don't gear for any more expertise rating.
