    Effective arm pen cap?

I was discussing this with a fury warrior and he was arguing that there is a effective armor pen cap that the dps gain will not be as much as switching back to the main stat (str/agi). I was arguing that 100% arm pen is what you want then switch back. So my question is, is he right? Does armor pen become less valuable after 94%~?

No. Every single point of arm pen is more powerful than the previous. If you reach the cutoff point where it is stronger than your 'main' stat, it will be so until it caps. Either through softcapping (trinket) or hardcapping.

    no.

However, maybe he is using 2p tier9. The bonus is that he gets 6% arp in battlestance. That could be the reason to the 94%

battlestance has inherit 10%, so it should be 84% then (oh and mace specialisation on warriors -> 69%, gonna think havent seen anybody with a mace)

It'd still be 100%, you'd just reach it differently.

Yes, but he would still read it as 94% in his character info.

Fury raids in berserker stance, not battle.

IIRC it would be even more so for fury, as a larger portion of thier damage is effected by ArP. I think it's only deep wounds for them as a bleed.

Deep wounds is affected by ArP. The harder you hit, the more it will bleed for.

I did a bit of googling and people are saying it's 48% of weapon damage modified only by AP. I don't know though, there is alot of misinformation about.
