I've seen a lot of PvP ele shamans using Lava, ToW and Stoneclaw.

The spec linked above is good, but you can switch those 2 points in reverbaration for 2/3 unrelenting storm if you need more regen.

Glyphs: lava, stoneclaw, ToW/Thunder and minors water shield, ghost wolf.

For arena, you might want to pull some points from thundering strikes for 2/2 guardian totems. Depends if you use grounding on cd or use it actively to ground certain spells you "see" coming. The -2 sec on cd could be very useful if you do the latter.

I personally like stoneclaw/lava/elem mastery. But some ppl say that elem mastery is stupid cuz it's only -30secs. But I 2v2 with a bad ass holy pally, so the more often I get instant lb, the more often we get shots at semi-instant killing sum1.
