Good PC for WoW

I'm looking to get a new PC that will run WoW (current goes through dalaran with 2fps near bottom graphics) on decent graphics (max if possible) for around £500

If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd be very appreciative as I'm crap with computers, it seems confusing for me to find a decent WoW computer anywhere.
