After much hunting for the Crusader formula and much misinfo on the internet, I ticketed Blizzard and got an answer regarding its existence. As of 4/25/11 7:00pm PST on US-Ner'zhul - Alliance.

Per GM - Illiahlyn:
"If someone has the enchant, then sure, they can chant you up with it.. But at this time, there's nothing in game that drops it =[ "

I'd attach a screenshot of the GM convo to confirm, but I am a new poster here. Forum admins are welcome to email me for a .jpg of the dialog if they desire.
