Inactive teams?

So i've heard so much shit about it, but what makes your team inactive exactly?

Having no players within 150rating of the team rating or no one in the team who has played at least 30% of the games. 0 games played is probably also considered as an inactive team=P

There was a minimal amount of matches you had to play, in order to be active as team, it was either 10 or 20, can't remember. Guess this rule is still there.

A team has to have played 20 games before the end of the season for it to be counted in as an active team.
