I think I may have a virus!

I've recently downloaded alot of things from the internet such as brushes from photoshop, and other things. My computer has been acting much slower than usual and sometimes windows just close automatically. Also the internet doesn't load properly 1/2 the time and my monitor even shut off earlier. I need to know a really good free anti virus program fast!
