Why are some of the genders wrong in WoW?

I wanted to modify this, and learn from it, to make a script, but I'm having zero luck.

Instead of the gender of the target, how do I get the gender of my toon?
I've tried everything I can think of; %p, [(at)player], [player], and more....

Here's a good sample, can someone help make a macro/script that if your toon is male(or unknown), it farts, otherwise, it giggles.
This would be a good example for me to work with, and learn off of.

i think UnitSex("target") will pull a player's sex (unless this has been refactored lately). A value of 1 is unknown/neutral, 2 is male, 3 is female.

She may be male.

But she will still elevate you to a height beyond your ken.

Maybe the game just considers all Undead classification mobs as male for ease?

Probably just lack of importance to have the information in the npc data. Any time something refers to her it's probably in plain text, not scripted.
