[Cataclysm] Rockbiter Weapon

Okay, so it's being used as a taunt effect... I could see so much more use being brought out with this weapon effect, say such as a Seal of Justice effect where it has a 'low' chance to stun a target for 2 seconds.

I believe Blizzard could've done a better job with this.
