Lightwell spec - on live

So I'm strongly considering speccing for Lolwell now. I know some people have it atm. In fact I remember some people having as their sig "Here's my spec w/ lolwell" or something like that.

Here's my current spec. The most logical point to steal would be from empowered healing (My guild has a somewhat larger emphasis on 10mans, which I why I took empowered healing over blessed resilience [in case anybody was wondering]).

Anybody have any tips to chime in?
Alternate spec and/or placement tips/ideas for the lightwell.

I guess on most fights the well should be close to the melee?

Edit: for clarity: I'm taking the lightwell because in Cata it will be mandatory. I figure I might as well get people used to seeing it.

I use http://www.wowhead.com/talent#bVcbuZfxbcfMqihzeuVo:0dN atm. Used to have Lightwell but meh, most of the time it was just sitting there looking pretty and acting as an oven for a random fire elemental to bake cookies in.
Could probably place the one point from Empowered Healing in Lightwell tho.

Not sure if I've missed something but, why would it be mandatory in Cataclysm?

Ligthwell won't be mandatory, Blizzard linked to Chakra with the purpose that beta priests don't avoid the talent thinking that is crappy without trying it first in the new healing situation.
