In dalran i get arround 35 fps with everything minimum exept for player textures and 2 notches up on particles.
Ironforge same settings i'm probably sitting arround 80 fps

10 man raids avg fps is arround 25-30
25 man raids my avg fps drops to arround 12

That's what i am trying to fix .. my 25 man raid fps. Should i be dipping this low?? note both monitors are runing at their native resolution *or text littreraly becomes unreadable.

edit the video card indeed is a 9800 gtx+

Your CPU can be considered too slow for ICC25, and there's very little you can do to make WoW run faster if you're already at the end of the road with the 'low fps' sticky. If you have AM2+ motherboard there are upgrade options available.
Never going to log into this garbage forum again as long as calling obvious troll obvious troll is the easiest way to get banned.
    Trolling should be.

yea it is an am2+ motherboard so that's going to be the only option left.

edit: broke down and started overclocking the machine now. I kind of wanted to avoid doing that but i've got a really good cooler (xigmatek heatpipe cooler) now running at 3.1gz and getting average 40fps top of steps of dalran (2 notches up on spell detail 2 notches up on view distance and detail distance) i'm thinking i should atleast stay near 20fps in a 25man will test this tonight. cput temps seem stable at full load 57c (i may have put too much thermal paste on)
