Best 2 professions for raid healer?

I got a new lvl 80 priest with Enchanting and Mining that I will be raiding with in Cata. After leveling up in the new expansion I think I'll drop mining for a 2nd crafting profession. What would you take to go with Enchanting?

We don't know what wil be overpowered in cata yet.

Tailoring appears to be keeping Darkglow Embroidery. Considering mana is going to matter again, this will be hands down the best choice for healers. Period.

Other than that, don't know. Engineering's cooldown might be nice, Enchanting's easy to keep alongside Tailoring. Jewelcrafting's flexible. All of this assumes these three stay as they are. A likely outcome, but subject to change, nonetheless.
