Power Infusion Gone?

The new talent build has no power infusion, nor is it listed under "complete skill list" but it also is still mentioned under aspiration.

The talent list shows it should be on the same tier as inner focus. with the buggy looking description "[Infuses t/W]he[ target with power, i/]n[creasing spell casting speed by 20%/] a[n/ctivate]d[/,] reduc[ing/es] the mana cost of [all/your next] spell[/ by 100% and increa]s[/es its critical effect chance] by [20%./25%] [/if] [Las/i]t[/ i]s [15/capable] [s/of a critical eff]ec[/t].
16% of base mana, 30 yd range, Instant cast, 2 min cooldown"

Can I get a confirm this is just a talent tree bug and not a game change?

Unless you have an insider in Blizz dev, there will be no one that can confirm or deny this for now

OK according to Wowhead http://cata.wowhead.com/talent#b, they are both tier 3 col 2. Apparently someone at blizz forgot there was a 4th column..

Probably just a typo. Who knows tho.

Yep, seems to me the calc on wowtal is a little wrong, and PI should just be where inner focus is.
