I also thought it was a joke at first. but when you think about it, GC did state before that they plan on nerfing divine shield some more, and how else are they gonna nerf invincibility besides lower the duration? at this point I wouldn't rule out the possibility of them nerfing DS to below 10s duration to be honest.

9 sec < 10 sec, so yea.... it would've been very sadistic though, seeing divine shield lasting 8 sec...
