Healer 3s trinket

So i tired posting this on the Blizz forums but didnt get much feedback

TL;DR for 3s, battlemasters trinket or corroded skeleton key?

I'm a resto shaman and i just started playing a RLS comp in 3s. Its my first time playing 3s on my resto sham. We're doing pretty good, but we started running into people around 1600 mmr and they are blowing me up REALLY fast. its the same thing everytime, i toss ES on myself when they come for me then start blowing CDs like crazy. Earthbind, Stoneclaw, NS + TF + HW, Battlemasters + lock stone, and half the time i still get messed up. I know my partners should probably be peeling better but i feel like theres more i could be doing.

So my question is this, should i pick up corroded skeleton key as my second trinket? or should i stick with my battlemasters? is the 228 some stam worth giving up 150 sp? has anyone tried this trink? how much do you like it?

Go with skeleton key.. After a while you'll notice you'll get better at positioning yourself and your team gets better at peeling away whoever is attacking you. Then you can go back to Battlemaster's.
