No. She was merely re-humanized by Jim Raynor, there are probably still a lot of people out there who want to kill her, human or not. Fortunately, there are a lot of people who want to kill Jimmy, so they can work together on that whole overthrowing the empire thing. I'm sure Kerrigan has quite the "conversation" to have with Arcturis.

Heart of the Swarm is supposed to be some sort of RPG style, they say. I wouldn't expect it to mirror SC2's current campaign.
