What role will have the priest disci in raid????

I mean :

Atonement : When you deal damage with Smite, you instantly heal a nearby low health friendly target within 8 yards equal to [15%/30%/45%] of the damage dealt.

Will Priest Disci dps( and heal ) during a boss?

They will heal. The dps talents are there for pvp purposes, levelling and if you get bored in 5 mans.

For right now, look at everything in the priest trees and think to yourself that all talents say "not 100% completed yet" on them.

I'm sure at some point they'll give us a talent somewhere in the tree that doesn't have anything to do with damage and increases our throughput healing (or at least they should, since an extra 15% on Flash, Greater, and Binding isn't as much as we really could use).
