Why would all-powerful dragon deities need to make their human forms attractive to the teeming wormy mortal masses?
I'm sure their dragon forms are unspeakably hot to other dragons, who are the only creatures they'd be interested in attracting.
Then again, that Bolvar sure is a cutie. Or was, before that red dragon bimbo sneezed on him and half the alliance heroes.
Stupid red dragons.

well... in greek mythology all the gods and goddesses were more beautiful than any mortal... so the dragon aspect leaders are almost like gods themselves, and what other way to make them look more attractive than to give them less clothing? xD

Well, explain to me why wouldn't they want attractive mortal forms? If you could shape your body to look like anything, I'm sure you'd try to look your best. Nobody said that the dragons weren't a little vain. Plus, Deathwing and Ysera kind of blow your thesis to pieces.
