Name: Patches.

Race: Undead (Abomination).

Class: Warrior/Death Knight.

Age: Merely a couple of years old. Roughly, 4-5 years old.

Birthplace: Icecrown Citadel.

Alignment: Neutral Good.

Affiliation: Formerly the Scourge.

Relatives: Professor Putricide (father, creator - deceased), Rotface and Festergut (siblings - deceased).

Strengths: Made from the corpses of many adventurers and those who seeked to defile the Lich King, his pure strength is not something to be taken lightly.

Weaknesses: He retains the mind of a child, and he longs for a lasting and secure home.

Current Location: Amongst the snows of Northrend.

Personality: Kind hearted, but he can still display a cruel and dark side to himself. He wants family, and wants a stable home. Due to his appearance, no one accepts him.

Biography:
Patches was never considered a regular abomination. Since he was created, he never had a strong connection with the Lich King. There was something odd, a splinter, that halted him from his full control. Throughout his upbrining, he always lived within his older brothers' shadows - Festergut and Rotface - and this brought him to think that they were his father's favourite sons. Patches used his sliver of freedom to his advantage, remaining secluded from the rest of the Citadel, within his own chambers.

Over time, this feeling grew over him, that his father truly disliked him. These feelings manifested within him further, as he realised that his brothers' got everything. Pets, shiny objects, and many more things were bestowed upon them by their father. Yet, one day, there was an odd disturbance within the hallowed halls of the Citadel. His father continued to toil away in his alchemical lab, as did Rotface play with his pet slimes and Festergut with his gas. Moments after, he was approached by his father, and he pushed him into one of the hidden chambers within their section of the Citadel.

This action had finally brought something to Patches' attention: his father hid him because he was ashamed of him. Consumed with grief, he tore his way out of the chamber, only to be surprised at how tranquil the Plague Wing actually was. As he looked around the area that he called home, he found it strange how everyone was so quiet. He approached their reeking corpses upon the saronite floor, poking and prodding them, hoping for some sort of response. There was nothing.

He then further ventured up into his father's laboratory, passing his deactivated defenses. There, on the floor, lay Professor Putricide. He began getting frustrated as to why everyone within the Citadel was being incredibly lazy. As he heard the cries coming from within the other wings of the Citadel, it finally hit him. At this moment, Patches realised that his father's intentions were to save him after all. Eventually, the sound coming from above the Citadel became increasingly louder. Cries of terror, and loud shouting could be heard coming from every direction.

Terribly scared for himself, Patches returned to his hidden chamber, and remained there for the hours to come. Slowly, he drifted off to sleep, upon the cold and hard floor. Hours later, he finally awoke from his slumber. He felt a slight tension relieved from his mind, a slight hint of freedom, yet his mind was still chained to something. He cautiously left his chamber, and ventured further into the heart of the Icecrown Citadel. Yet, now, he felt multiple emotions to go with the sorrow that he felt in his heart. He crept around what remained of the spire, and travelled towards the rune teleporters.

Upon materialising at the enterance to his previous home, he saw the arched door infront of him. Without looking back at the dread halls, he travelled out. This was deserted too, not a sign of life was left. He looked to the sky now, the darkened clouds making way for the cold sun. From here, he would start his adventure, to explore this world.
