if 98% of the WoW fan art (and 70% of the official artwork) has slutty girls showing almost everything, it's only natural that this fan art thread gets tons of that...

To be honest, this is the ONLY non slutty female nelf art that i've found on the interwebs.

I disagree... her tabard is on the exact shape of her breasts which means not only she's wearing tight clothes but also she's wearing no bra... add that to the place and way her hands are and the way she's looking at the viewer... you have a slutty night elf...

the fact she's fully clothed can be easily explained by this simple fact... she's in northrend... probably her equipment has no frost resistance...
