I still forced myself to read the manga and wow... the last fight is pathetic.
Altho I liked the comedy parts.

I watch the anime and im so disappointed... only Uruhara can come and save the day he is one of the few who are actually funny and interesting left

bleach's anime is sorta boringish... though the manga is nice...
same thing with naruto, though the manga is a lil bit boring too cause they talk too much...

but I guess there will never be another manga like kinnikuman again... the superman who'd eat garlic and grow giant to fight giant monsters and which later became a manga about supermen wrestling... so full of win X3

people tend to think of animes as something like those that are famous in western countries. but most of those are for kids (or, in the case of dragonball z for example, censored to make them more suitable for kids).

I don't know about looking like 20... but on zettai karen children, when the main characters were 10 year old they looked like 6 or 7 year old... now that they are 12, they look 16...

Lucky Star. an anime for a mature audience, the girls are in high school.

When when hubby and I actually sat down and watch FMA I was blown away with how deep the story is. Don't get me wrong it has his cute chibi freak out moments that totally make you lol, but the story is very very well done.

after thinking about it for a while, i think there is just a word missing in english (or in my knowledge of the english vocabulary^^).
if i were to translate "cute" into german it would be either "süß" or "niedlich". "süß" could also be translated to "sweet" (both for food and persons).
when i'd call my girlfriend "süß", it would sometimes equal "sexy". but not every time, depending on the reason and situation.
"niedlich" however can be used for adults who behave or look very innocent, but wouldn't equal "sexy".

so "kawaii" would be "niedlich", but not necessarly "süß".

i hope that makes sense..
