well, that's your job in mass effect 1, more or less^^
but it's a super powerful, mind controlling battleship with many times the size all other dominant galaxy species' battleships.
and it's trying to call all the other similar ones from outside the galaxy too, which is bad.

Why don't the good guys just hire Samus for a couple of hours? Job done, no problem.

Sonsofthestorm.com, you mean the website that has art from the professional Blizzard artists? I assume you didn't bother actually reading the thread title. This is a fan art thread. Art done by the offical art department of Blizzard about World of Warcraft doesn't fall under the heading of "Fan art".

Long time reader, first time poster (don't we all start like this at some point?). I've been following this thread for... gosh, I don't remember how long anymore. There's been so much good art here, it's been inspirational! I'm not that good an artist myself, and haven't been actively drawing for months, but I've enjoyed drawing quite a bit in the past, and might just get back into it (seeing that art tablet in the shop may have had a surge of inspiration).
Unfortunately, until I've made a few posts I won't be able to link the few pictures I had :/.

Aight, I'll try . Just be gentle... they're a couple years old, made with pen alone (no photoshop or anything, I fail at such stuff ), and they still have the written text in there, which someone might or might not consider bad, but anyway... (Note, all of the pictures are too big to post as they are in the forum, so just a normal link should do the trick.)
Oh, and I put a space in between the http: and slash because the forum system just auto-converts them to real links, and stops me from posting it...

My rather unimpressive and messy interpretion of my nightelf druid (now much more bovine than at that time). Practicing angles here somewhat...

I made this one for my guildie. I'm actually pretty happy how this one turned out, though I suppose it would need polishing.

My first "serious" attempt at using crayons to color a picture (... well, to be fair, the first decent attempt at making a colored picture by hand). It's a tauren shaman in tier 10.

Oh, and for the record, each of these was a work of around one to two hour (I know, I am/was slow when doing these *shrug*, but I'm learning! )

I always did like sketches, while the shading and detail on these are of quality. The anatomy / proportions are good too =]

That feels unnecessary everything posted is way better than what your average person could do. So while it may not be up to the godlike standards you wanna bring them down with they are wonderfully made to the rest of us. SoI recomend you play nice or I am sure one of the many mods that hang out here will happily show you the door.

Yeah, and you know how all those godlike artists working for blizzard that have their "real art" on that website started out? Just like us, doing "amateurish sketchbook scribbles", NO ONE starts out being that good, no one - so please, unless you know how this stuff works (which you obviously don't) please leave us alone and stop making an ass out of yourself.

Lmao. That picture is So true. as a resto shaman i've run into a few tanks who like to think they have just as much power. Oh how little they know.

I could run most heroics in WotlK in 10 mins with no healer, pulling entire rooms at a time.
Not really played more than a fortnight in Cata and in that time I managed to get to 85 and gear myself to 2itemlevels below what I needed for heroics, so I wouldn't know if I'm still a God =D

actually i don't doubt that at all.

now that cata is out though i've run into plenty of tanks that still try to do that. Or they will start pulling multiple groups before i have mana. and there is some trash that you can only reduce so much damage they do. it is true tanks have quite a bit of say in who lives or dies as well though.

when you start more or less soloing heroic dungeon bosses frequently because the rest of the group died at like 50%, you can't help developing a little superiority complex -.-^^
