This is true, though you can game the system a little. You can move it with life grip and (my favorite), someone can use a potion of illusion next to you and THEY can move (ever seen a ghost mushroom warlock casting at nef? it's funny :3)

It is hilarious we had 3 or 4 kingsblood sliding around on V&T a couple weeks ago.

That's actually Warlock Tier 8, went live 4-14-2009, based on a recolor of Grand Apothecary Putress's outfit, who went live ~September 2008.
Grenth seems to have had that concept art live since ~2007. Not 100% sure on Putress.

It's not Warlock tier 8. There are some similarities, but for the most part its vastly different. The skull-head-thing, while similar, are quite different. Look at closed vs opened "mouth." The pointed vs wide mouth. Warlock tier 8 is cloth like. The guild wars image is leatherish. Aside from the skull helm and maybe the shoulders, the entire rest of the pattern is different.

Also, did you miss the part where the image is an exact duplicate of a Guild Wars image, down to the pixel? You cannot justify that it is "actually" warlock tier 8.

Edit: Also, Avatar of Grenth, which transforms your character into http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/File:...enth_model.jpg, has been around since early 2006 (that image is a render from game files, btw). Concept art for Grenth has been around for much longer.
