people draw pregnant draenei because they are stupid... how can you assume the draenei don't lay eggs or something even more weird??? they're aliens... unless blizzard gives us something hinting the draenei really get pregnant we can't really know...
I want to have daughters... but if I end up having sons I'll raise them like this X3
