Is the mash rooting talent root all targets within 8 yards for the whole duration of our roots? cause if this is true we suprass by far frost nova
If you can link also the new sunfire and solar beam animation that would be perfect

I once had a character named "Clamslam" but Blizzard deemed it inappropriate.Retired from WoW: February 19, 2011. It was fun Blizz.

Sure it can be casted outside of Moonkinform. But it is the special spell of the balance tree, so you wont see any restos nuking with it ;>Question: Can Starsurge be cast outside of Moonkinform?
