Yeah. Either GrimesReaper85 hasn't been on in a few days and got the launcher update just now, or he thinks the background downloader is indicative of an imminent patch. There's no new patch right now, as far as I see. Originally Posted by Serix69

They JUST opened to PTR so there's such a minuscule chance of it coming out this week that it may as well read 0% chance.

If you've had the OTHER patch downloaded, and this IS a completely new patch, I'm going to put my bets on its another Cata starting event (The twilight stuff in the cities etc)

It's a new patch yet again. I've already got 4.0.1 Stage 1 and 2, this one seems to just change something in the Stage 1 patch. It downloaded maybe a few megabytes then finished.

Well, I'm assuming 4.0 will come out on or after the day season 8 ends, which hasn't been announced yet. I doubt they'd release the patch without ending the season, that'd... kinda break season 8.
