The Multi Passenger flying mounts

Hi!

So, I've seen the new Vial of Sand, and I must admit, it is pretty cool. If I remember correctly, they shown 2 Passenger Flyers. Am I right? Does someone has a link to the other(s) flying mounts with passengers?

Also, this makes me want to take Alchemy. Right now, I have Blacksmithing up to just after Fel Iron, the mineral found in the Zangarmrash Instances. My other is Leatherworking. Should I drop them both for alchemy? I am a rogue. Will maxing out Alchemy for Cata cost me as much money as for say, Jewelcrafting? Jewelcrafting prices are insane.

Well, the description for the Dark Phoenix mount used to say that it transformed you into the dark Phoenix allowing someone to ride on you, but I don't think it does anymore. Aside from that, we obviously have the RAF 2-person rocket mount as well.
