DC universe / SWTOR

So I had a question for the people that are in the beta or have played it for both DC Universe Online and Star Wars the Old Republic...how is the game? Coming from a PVP point of view, it is what I'd do the most if I play with my friends. Is the game exciting to play? Like most people WoW is getting old, need something good and new to play.

Also, is DCUO a straight up clone of City of Heroes and Champions Online? Or is it way different? Because i sure hope it isn't anything like COH

Never said anything about DC Universe Online being a competitor to WOW, maybe I should've bolded it, but I want to know if it was a straight up copy of like City of Heroes, and how the gameplay is.
